The Station for on-air radio control no. 3 is located at the Village of Sahil, 42b Emin Guliyev Street. This Station has been operational since 2006 with a staff of 4 engineers and electricians. The radio control station is equipped with AOR5000A radio receivers and Japanese-made SDU5600 spectrum analyzers, as well as antenna-feeder devices operating in the frequency range 25 kHz-3 GHz. The Station has TCI equipment, a radio and television broadcasting system for installing a radio monitoring system in a vehicle.

Based on the monthly radio frequency monitoring plan being developed for frequencies assigned to enterprises and organizations, the Station carries out monitoring and technical inspection of these. Detection of interference factors and illegal networks are controlled by station engineers. TV and radio channels are regularly monitored.

The INFOSPACE software installed at the station detects sources of radiation through an automated network by using RF sensor equipment and the AMS Client software.

TV and radio channels broadcasted from the TV tower are controlled through the Strim Lap software. When using US-made stationary TCİ equipment, it is possible to define location of radio transmitters operating illegally on the 9 kHz to 80 GHz frequency range on the map. The device of Agilent Technologies equipped with RF sensor equipment in the range 10 Hz - 44 GHz automatically determines the parameters of the signals received via a logarithmic antenna.
