- Copy of the equipment’s certificate provided in accordance with current legislation

- A document on the protection of the relevant facilities for storage.

- Factory serial numbers of radio equipment and its components

 Signing a bilateral agreement with the State Administration of Radio Frequencies

 - Copy of decision of the State Commission for Radio Frequencies

- Copies of registration certificate of the charter of the legal entity (statute)

- Copy of ID card of a physical person

- Copy of a special permit issued by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport for civil circulation of radio electronic facilities.

- Copy of a Certificate of Conformity given to radio electronic facilities

- Survey documents of radio electronic facilities properly filled and certified
