Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approval of the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC)
In accordance with paragraph 4 of the first part of Article 95 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
To approve the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union and the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference, signed on November 22, 2019 in the city of Sharm el-Sheikh by relevant statements of the Republic of Azerbaijan in this regard.
