Ilham Jankishi oglu Ahadov
Deputy Chief of the State Administration of Radio Frequencies of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, The Acting Chief
He was born in 1964.
In 1981, he entered the "Radiocommunication and Broadcasting" faculty of the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute named after Ch. Yildirim.
In 1982, he successfully completed the 1st year of the "Radiocommunication and Broadcasting" faculty of the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute and was sent to the 2nd year of the Moscow Institute of Electrical Communication to continue education for the same specialty.
In 1986, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electrical Communication and obtained the degree in Radiocommunication and Broadcasting .
In 2006, he defended his dissertation on "Methods and means of increasing the efficiency of frequency and information of television broadcasting systems" and rgained the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
In 1986, he started working in the Production Laboratory of Radio and Television Transmission Center (now "Teleradio" Production Unit) and worked as an engineer in various structures of this enterprise until 1992.
In 1992-2000, he held various positions in the Office of the Ministry of Communications.
In 2000-2004, he worked as the chief engineer of "Teleradio" Production Unit of the Ministry of Communications.
In 2004-2007, he worked as the General Director of "Teleradio" Production Unit.
In 2007-2015, he worked as the Executive Director of a subcontractor V.I.E.R LLC of Azercell Telecom LLC.
In 2016-2017, he worked as the Chief Engineer of “SMARTKOM” LLC.
From 2007 to present, he has worked as a senior lecturer in various departments of the Azerbaijan Technical University.
Since February 2021, he has been working as a consultant in the State Administration of Radio Frequencies of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport,
Since September 2021, he has been working as a Deputy Chief of the State Administration of Radio Frequencies of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
He is the author of numerous proposals on rationalization, 2 educational books, 5 books, 16 scientific articles and 5 scientific reports in the field of application, installation and operation of new equipment and technology.
In 2021, he was awarded the "Progress" medal by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since October 18, 2022, he fulfils the duties of the chief of the State Administration of Radio Frequencies in accordance with the relevant order of the Minister of Digital Development and Transport.
He speaks Russian and English.

He was born in 1981.
In 1998-2002, he studied at the Azerbaijan Technical University and obtained a bachelor's degree in "Multichannel Telecommunication Systems" of the "Radio Engineering and Communication" faculty.
In 2002-2004, he graduated from the Azerbaijan Technical University with honors having a master's degree in "Multichannel Telecommunication Systems" of the "Radio Engineering and Communication" faculty.
Since 2019, he has been working on a dissertation on "Development of a model and method for the application of information efficiency and cryptographic protection in multi-service communication networks” at the Institute of Management Systems of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
He participated in training courses on telecommunications in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russian Federation and the People's Republics of China and obtained appropriate certificates.
From 2004 to 2011, he held various positions at the Baku Telephone Communications Production Association.
From 2011 to 2016, he held various positions at Azertelecom LLC.
In 2016-2021, he held various positions at AzInTelecom LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.
Since April 12, 2021, he has been working as the Chief Engineer of the State Administration of Radio Frequencies of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
From September 10, 2021, he has been working as the Deputy Chief of the State Administration of Radio Frequencies of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
In 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "Master of Communication" by the relevant order of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He speaks Russian and English.
