Our transparency policy
The State Administration of Radio Frequencies takes the transparency as a matter of its core priority for pursuing service-related activities. Taking into consideration the supremacy of the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a matter of priority, in order to gain the trust of radio frequency users, the State Administration of Radio Frequencies preserves legitimacy while fulfilling its activities and strives to eliminate conditions that entail corruption-related offenses.
Issues such as the advocacy of social justice, civil rights and freedom within the State Administration of Radio Frequencies, establishment of favourable conditions for developing the economy, as well as legitimacy of activities pursued by local self-governing bodies and officials are solved in accordance with international treaties that are a constituent part of the legal system of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Transparency within the State Administration of Radio Frequencies is ensured in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “Combating Corruption”.
