The Station for Radio Control over Broadcasting in Gabala began its work on September 15, 2004. The Station for Radio Control over Broadcasting in Gabala

is located at 36 Heydar Aliyev Street in the building automatic telephone exchange. This year, a plan was prepared for the construction of a new building of the station. According to the plan, the construction of a new station was started in the village of Amirvan.

The construction of a new administrative building will create new jobs and increase the efficiency of workforce. After putting the new administrative building into operation, the Station for Radio Control over Broadcasting will be provided with radio-monitoring facilities, measurement equipment and control devices. This, in turn, will allow the Station to fully conduct radio control over broadcasting and quickly organize the work of radio control and radio monitoring in the service areas.

It must be noted that the service area of the Station for Radio Control over Broadcasting in Gabala covers 12 districts: Gabala, Ismailly, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Agsu, Goychay, Agdash, Oguz, Shaki, Gakh, Zagatala and Balakan.

 

Regularly, the engineers of the Station for Radio Control over Broadcasting conduct visual and technical inspection and perform radio monitoring tasks, and electricians carry out radio-control works.

For the purpose of implementing radio control, the Station uses AOR 5000 spectrum analyzer, R & S®FSH portable spectrum analyzer, the AOR8200 receiver, Icom IC-R100 receiver, SCOUT M 40 analogue frequency meter, Scout digital scanner and frequency meter, R & S®PR100 portable receiver, RDS-FSH20 spectrum analyzer, Promax HD ranger, mobile monitoring station Atlas 3000.

By means of Gazelle Sobol and VAZ 21213 vehicles, mobile radio monitoring, operational control, and technical and visual control of radio electronic facilities are implemented in service areas.
