In order to effectively organize the work of radio monitoring and on-air radio control in the village of Samidkhanly of the Massalli district, a new administrative building was built at the Station for Radio Control over Broadcasting in Masalli.

All working conditions were created in the Station. The Station has 12 employees. A pump room, security rooms and rooms for diesel generators were built, and also reservoirs for drinking water and fire protection were installed at the site of Station. Taking into account that Massalli district is located at 0 meters above sea level, here, to ensure effective reception of radio waves and on-air radio control, a 22-meter tower was built and put into operation.

The service area includes: Astara, Lerik, Lankaran, Masalli, Yardimly, Jalilabad, Bilasuvar, Neftchala and Salyan. The main task of the point is to monitor the operating frequencies of radio-electronic facilities that are operated by organizations located in service areas, as well as to detect sources interfering with radio networks on the air and illegally operating radio-electronic facilities and to take certain measures to register these electronic zones in the power steering. The on-air radio control center in Masalli regularly conducts technical inspections of radio stations operated in service areas and controls the broadcasting of TV and radio channels broadcast in these areas. The item also monitors external broadcasts, analyzes TV and radio signals of broadcast programs and determines their direction. Defines the coverage area of ​​new-broadcast TV and radio channels.

The primary task of the Station is to monitor the operational frequencies of the radio electronic facilities being utilized by organizations located in the service areas, detect sources of interference to radio networks on the air and radio electronic facilities being illegally used, as well as take certain measures to register these radio electronic facilities in the State Management of Radio Frequencies.

The Station for Radio Control over Broadcasting in Masalli regularly conducts technical inspections of radio electronic facilities being operated in service areas and controls the broadcasting of TV and radio channels in these areas. The Station also monitors external broadcasts, analyzes TV and radio signals of broadcast programs and defines their direction specifies the coverage area of newly broadcasted TV and radio channels.

By means of the radio frequency broadcast stations, TV programs are broadcasted in service areas of the Station for Radio Control over Broadcasting, Jalilabad, Yardimli, Lerik, Lankaran and Astara. During the work of radio monitoring, it was ascertained that 96% of the population normally receives digital TV broadcasting. To organize the operation of the on-air radio control in Masalli, the Station is equipped with new facilities (AR-5000, AR-8200, SDU-5600, PR 100, FSH 20, receiving analyzer of the type Promax, mobile station Atlas and 40G-S Ford Transit).
