The State Administration of Radio Frequencies began weekly corporate meetings with employees to create a corporate governance mechanism, fulfill corporate social responsibility, build effective relationships, introduce the principle of teamwork and improve ethical procedures.

These internally funded meetings are to discuss topics such as mutual team support of personnel, personal and professional resource development, protection of image of organisation, innovation, customer satisfaction, privacy protection, email, etc.

At the end of the discussions, employees fill out the appropriate questionnaires on results of these meetings.

Based on the results of these questionnaires, we plan to improve our activities in this regard. With the aim of mastering the mechanisms of corporate governance of employees, improving professional activity and eliminating professional difficulties, such meetings are planned to be held weekly.
